Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had a charming old-fashioned appeal, though the small rooms showed signs of being used by a heavy smoker. The service was friendly and informative, but the A/C controls from the lobby were a bit inconvenient. The location was unbeatable, right next to the impressive Pillar square, but the dining options were limited. Overall, a mixed experience with some standout features.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right on the main square overlooking La Basilica del Pilar. The rooms were nice enough even though a bit small with 3 beds, but they were quiet despite being in the old city center. The friendly and helpful service made my stay even more pleasant, especially with the option to leave bags during the day. The dining experience, although not perfect, offered a great variety to choose from, including some vegan dishes. The fantastic location, with easy access to all the city attractions, truly made my trip memorable.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though outdated, were clean and equipped with all necessary amenities. However, they didn't quite match the photos online. The service was impeccable with friendly and helpful staff, although my early booking wasn't acknowledged. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the main sights. The dining options were not extensive but satisfactory. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, considering some areas needing improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room itself was comfortable and had the necessary amenities like air conditioning, a mini fridge, and a TV, the view was disappointing with an ugly backyard visible through a glass door. Despite trying to cool the room with the AC, I still had to move the bed around for better airflow. On the bright side, the dual aspect of the room provided a nice view of the plaza.
My stay at the hotel was great! The location was unbeatable, right on the main square and close to all the city's attractions. The rooms were a bit small for two people, and despite having the AC on the highest setting, it wasn't very effective. The service was fantastic, with friendly and helpful staff that could speak some English. The dining options, unfortunately, were poor on the mornings it was available.
I found this hotel to be a gem in the heart of Zaragoza! The location is superb, right in front of the main square and near the city center. The room, although slightly lacking in plug sockets, was comfortable and clean. The service was exceptional, especially at the reception desk where they were very helpful and friendly. The dining options were excellent, although they could have been more readily available. Overall, a great stay with some minor areas for improvement.
